About Course

Dark evenings, wet leaves and icy pavements make walking riskier in autumn and winter. This course brings together Highway Code rules for pedestrians and NHS advice on preventing falls: being seen, crossing roads safely, walking where there is no pavement, choosing footwear, and what to do if you or someone else falls.

Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This course gives general information for older people and their families, written from published official guidance. It is not legal or financial advice. Rules can change, so check the official websites listed in the course.
