About Course

Even mild dehydration can leave you tired, headachy and less able to concentrate. Learn how much the NHS recommends you drink, which drinks count, the signs of dehydration and when to get help, and what employers must provide.

This course provides general mental health and wellbeing information based on NHS and other official UK guidance, checked in October 2026. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are worried about your health, speak to a GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, or if someone’s life is at risk, call 999.
