Motorways are built for fast, free-flowing traffic, but their speed and busy traffic can feel daunting, especially if you use them less often than you used to. This refresher goes through the Highway Code motorway rules: joining from the slip road, speed and following distance, lane discipline, overtaking, red X signs and leaving safely.
