About Course

Everyone worries, but constant worry and overthinking can drain your energy and focus. Learn practical, NHS-backed techniques – worry time, writing things down, problem solving, reframing and relaxation – and know when to seek more help.

This course provides general mental health and wellbeing information based on NHS and other official UK guidance, checked in October 2026. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are worried about your health, speak to a GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, or if someone’s life is at risk, call 999.
