About Course

Anger is a normal emotion, but when it is frequent or intense it can damage relationships, careers and health. Learn to spot the early signs, calm down in the moment, deal with the causes and know when to get help – based on NHS guidance.

This course provides general mental health and wellbeing information based on NHS and other official UK guidance, checked in October 2026. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are worried about your health, speak to a GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, or if someone’s life is at risk, call 999.
