About Course

Fake shops and scam adverts can look extremely convincing – and with artificial intelligence, criminals can now make polished websites quickly. This course uses the government’s Stop! Think Fraud guidance and National Cyber Security Centre advice to show you the warning signs, the checks to make before you pay, what the padlock really means, and exactly where to report a scam website or advert.

Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This course gives general awareness information based on government and NCSC guidance. It is not legal or financial advice. If you think you have been scammed, contact your bank and the police straight away.
