About Course

Many people still get calls and texts claiming they are owed compensation for an accident, mis-sold finance or a “refund”. Since 2018, claims firms have been banned from cold calling about personal injury claims unless you have agreed to it. This course explains the rules, the warning signs of illegal callers and scams, how claims companies are regulated, and how to report nuisance calls and texts.
