Is This Survey Caller Genuine? Checking Doorstep and Phone Surveys, Including the Office for National Statistics

Genuine survey interviewers, including those from the Office for National Statistics (ONS), do visit homes. Criminals sometimes pretend to be survey takers to get into your home or collect your details. This course explains how genuine ONS surveys work, how to check an interviewer, and the warning signs of a fake “survey”.
