About Course

Bailiffs – officially called enforcement agents – can be sent to collect debts such as Council Tax arrears, parking fines, court fines and county court judgments. This course explains the notice you must get (14 clear days since 1 May 2026), when bailiffs can and cannot enter your home, what they can and cannot take, how to check they are genuine, and how to get help and complain.
