About Course
If you fall behind with a debt, a creditor can take you to court and get a County Court Judgment (CCJ). This course explains the steps before and after a court claim in England and Wales, how to respond within 14 days, the different kinds of judgment, how a CCJ affects your credit for 6 years, how to get it removed or marked as satisfied, and what enforcement can follow.
