About Course

Panic attacks are frightening but not dangerous. Learn to recognise the symptoms, what to do during an attack, how panic disorder differs from an occasional panic attack, and how to support a colleague – based on NHS guidance.

This course provides general mental health and wellbeing information based on NHS and other official UK guidance, checked in October 2026. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are worried about your health, speak to a GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, or if someone’s life is at risk, call 999.
