About Course

Hearing loops can make it much easier to hear at ticket counters, in theatres, places of worship and other public places – if you know how to use them. This course explains the loop sign, how to switch your hearing aid to the loop (T) setting, and what to do if your hearing aid does not have one.

This course gives general information about UK rules and official guidance as at October 2026. It is not legal, financial or medical advice. Rules can change and can differ between England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, so always check the official sources listed.
