About Course

If you are tricked into sending money by bank transfer, you may be able to get it back. Since 7 October 2024, UK banks and payment firms have had to reimburse most victims of “authorised push payment” scams, up to £85,000. This course explains in plain English who is covered, the time limits, the exceptions and how to complain if your bank says no.
