About Course

A clear whistleblowing policy helps people speak up early, protects the organisation and shows a commitment to doing the right thing. This course takes employers through what a good policy should contain, based on GOV.UK’s guidance for employers, and how to make it work in practice.

This course gives general information and good practice for employers in Great Britain, with notes on Northern Ireland. It is not legal advice. Regulated sectors may have extra requirements – check current GOV.UK guidance, your regulator’s rules and, where needed, take legal advice.
