About Course
The Equality Act 2010 protects people from several different kinds of unlawful conduct at work. This course explains direct and indirect discrimination, harassment, victimisation, discrimination arising from disability and the duty to make reasonable adjustments, with workplace examples and the latest changes to third-party harassment law.
This course gives general information about employment and equality law in Great Britain as at October 2026. It is not legal advice. Northern Ireland has separate legislation. Laws and guidance change, so check the official sources listed, contact Acas, or take professional advice before acting in a specific case.
