About Course
The Fair Work Agency (FWA) was established on 7 April 2026 as a single body to enforce key workers’ rights. This course explains what the FWA does, its powers, how it relates to Acas and employment tribunals, the areas employers should get right, such as minimum wage and holiday records, and how to prepare.
Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This course summarises official guidance as at October 2026. The FWA’s role is developing; check GOV.UK for updates. It is not legal advice.
