About Course
The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 amended the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR. This course summarises what changed for organisations, based on ICO guidance: recognised legitimate interests, compatible further processing, automated decision-making, subject access searches, the new complaints duty, cookies, the charity soft opt-in, children’s data and research.
Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This course is general awareness training based on published guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office and other official sources. It is not legal advice and does not replace advice from your data protection officer or a qualified adviser. Data protection law and guidance can change.
