Managers are often the first person a worker tells about wrongdoing. This course explains how to recognise a protected disclosure, respond well in the first conversation, protect the whistleblower, and work with your organisation’s process, including the 2026 changes on sexual harassment disclosures.
This course gives general information about whistleblowing law in Great Britain and is not legal advice. Northern Ireland has different rules. Follow your organisation’s whistleblowing policy.
