About Course

Under the Criminal Finances Act 2017, any company or partnership can be prosecuted if someone acting for it helps a customer or supplier evade tax and it had no reasonable prevention procedures. This course explains the two offences, how they work, and the procedures that protect your organisation.

This course gives general information about UK law and official guidance as at October 2026. It is not legal advice. Laws and guidance change, so check the official sources listed, follow your organisation’s own policies, or take professional advice before acting in a specific case.
