About Course

When an employee’s child dies before the age of 18, or is stillborn after 24 weeks of pregnancy, they have a legal right to parental bereavement leave, known as Jack’s Law. This course explains who qualifies, how the two weeks can be taken, the notice rules, statutory parental bereavement pay and how employers can respond with compassion.
