About Course

Mental health affects everyone, and the workplace can have a big impact on how we feel. This course explains what mental health is, the common conditions people experience, the causes and signs of work-related stress, what employers should do, and how to support a colleague (and yourself) with confidence.

It is suitable for all staff, and especially useful for managers and team leaders.

This is an awareness course. It does not train you to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are worried about your own mental health, please speak to your GP or one of the support services listed in the course.

The course ends with a timed assessment. You need 80% to pass and can review every answer when you finish.
