About Course

Myalgic encephalomyelitis or chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) is a long-term condition that can leave people unable to work, study or even get out of bed. This course explains the symptoms – especially post-exertional malaise – how it is diagnosed and managed, why graded exercise therapy is no longer recommended, and how to support someone with ME/CFS at work or in care.

Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This course is general awareness training based on published NHS and charity information. It is not medical advice, does not replace training required for your job, and is not an accredited qualification.
