Impetigo Awareness

About Course

Impetigo is a skin infection that is very contagious but not usually serious. This course explains how to recognise it on all skin tones, where to get treatment, how long people stay contagious, and the hygiene and exclusion advice that stops it spreading, based on NHS and UK Health Security Agency guidance.

Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This is general health awareness training based on published NHS information. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, nurse, pharmacist or NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
