About Course

Hoarding disorder is a recognised mental health condition, not laziness or untidiness. Learn the signs, why people hoard, the risks to health and safety, and how professionals and families can respond with respect – building trust, reducing fire and safeguarding risks, and supporting access to treatment.

This course provides general mental health awareness only. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, does not replace professional advice or your organisation’s procedures, and is not an accredited qualification. If someone’s life is at risk, call 999.
