About Course
Hearing loss is common, often gradual and frequently missed – yet it affects communication, safety, mood and wellbeing. This course explains the signs and causes, when to get help, how hearing aids work in practice, and the simple communication habits that make a real difference in care, health and customer-facing roles.
This course provides general awareness only. It does not replace clinical assessment, training from a qualified professional, or your organisation’s policies and procedures, and it is not an accredited qualification. If someone is seriously unwell, call 999.
