About Course
Haemophilia is a rare, usually inherited condition in which the blood does not clot properly. With modern treatment most people live full lives, but bleeds into joints and muscles – and head injuries – need fast action. This course explains the types of haemophilia, symptoms, treatment, which medicines to avoid, and when to call the haemophilia team or 999.
Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This course is general awareness training based on published NHS and charity information. It is not medical advice, does not replace training required for your job, and is not an accredited qualification.
