First-Aid Needs Assessment for Employers

About Course

Learn how to work out what first-aid equipment, facilities and people your workplace actually needs. This course walks through the legal duty, the factors HSE says a needs assessment should cover, and how to turn your findings into practical arrangements that work on every shift.

This course gives general, awareness-level information about UK health and safety law and official guidance. It is not a substitute for employer-specific training, a suitable and sufficient risk assessment for your own workplace, or advice from a competent person, and it is not an accredited qualification. Always check the latest official guidance and follow your organisation’s own procedures.
