About Course

Watching a young child have a fit during a fever is frightening, but febrile seizures are usually not serious. This course explains what febrile seizures are, how to keep a child safe during one, what not to do, when to call 999, and what happens afterwards.

Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This is first aid awareness training based on published NHS, Resuscitation Council UK and St John Ambulance guidance. It is not a practical first aid qualification and does not meet the training requirements for workplace first aiders. In an emergency, call 999.
