About Course

Since 29 June 2026, a company or partnership can be guilty of almost any criminal offence committed by one of its senior managers acting within their authority. This course explains how the law developed from the old “directing mind” rule, through the 2023 economic crime reform, to the Crime and Policing Act 2026, who counts as a senior manager, and what organisations should do now.

Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This course is general guidance written from published legislation and is not legal advice.
