About Course
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is common and often has no symptoms until it is advanced. Learn what CKD is, what causes it, how it is detected and staged, and how care workers and families can support people with kidney disease – including hydration, medicines and recognising when someone is becoming unwell.
This course provides general awareness only. It does not replace clinical assessment, training from a qualified professional, or your organisation’s policies and procedures, and it is not an accredited qualification. If someone is seriously unwell, call 999.
