About Course

Many mental health problems begin in childhood or adolescence, and early support makes a real difference. Learn to recognise when a child or young person may be struggling, how to start a supportive conversation, how NHS and school-based services work, and where children, young people and parents can get help – including in an emergency.

This course provides general mental health awareness only. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, does not replace professional advice or your organisation’s procedures, and is not an accredited qualification. If someone’s life is at risk, call 999.
