About Course

Bronchiectasis is a long-term condition where the airways in the lungs are damaged and produce a lot of phlegm, leading to a persistent cough and frequent chest infections. This course explains the symptoms, causes, diagnosis, treatment and self-care, and exactly when the NHS says to get urgent or emergency help.

Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This is general health awareness training based on published NHS information. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, nurse, pharmacist or NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
