Wishlist Share

About Course

Petting farms, open farm days, lambing events and school farm visits are popular, but animals can carry E. coli O157 and Cryptosporidium, which can cause serious illness in visitors, especially young children. This course explains the risks, HSE’s expectations and the industry code of practice, with practical controls for hand washing, layout, food and supervision.
