Charcoal Grills & Wood-Fired Ovens: Carbon Monoxide Safety

Wishlist Share

About Course

Tandoori ovens, charcoal grills and wood-fired pizza ovens are increasingly popular – but burning solid fuel in a kitchen produces carbon monoxide (CO), an invisible gas that can kill. Based on HSE catering information sheet CAIS26, this course covers the risks, legal duties, extraction and flues, CO alarms, fuel and maintenance, and what staff need to know.
