About Course

This course explains the 48-hour average week and opting out, rest breaks and daily and weekly rest, night work limits, extra protections for young workers, and what to do if your employer isn’t following the rules.

Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This course is general information about the Working Time Regulations in Great Britain from published GOV.UK guidance, not legal advice. Northern Ireland has similar but separate rules. Contact Acas for advice.
