About Course

Buying a machine with missing guards, poor brakes or no instructions brings danger onto the farm. This course explains what to check when buying new or second-hand farm machinery, the legal duties of sellers (including private sales and auctions), why ‘sold as seen’ doesn’t remove those duties, and the defects to look for – based on HSE agriculture guidance.
