About Course

Anaerobic digestion (AD) plants turn slurry, crops and food waste into biogas – but they also hold large volumes of flammable and toxic gas, confined spaces and pressurised systems. This course covers AD hazards, the regulations that apply, and the controls on hot work, gas detection, tank entry and maintenance that prevent fires, explosions and poisoning.
