About Course

A fair, thorough investigation is the foundation of any disciplinary or grievance decision; tribunals say a decision made without one is likely to be unfair. This course takes managers through planning an investigation, deciding on suspension, interviewing witnesses, weighing evidence, protecting confidentiality and data, and writing a clear report. It focuses on Great Britain.

Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This course gives general information about workplace investigations in Great Britain, checked against Acas guidance in October 2026. It is not legal advice.
