About Course

When a business or a service contract changes hands, the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) can move employees automatically to the new employer on their existing terms. This course explains when TUPE applies, what transfers, employee liability information, informing and consulting, dismissals and changes to terms, with practical checklists for outgoing and incoming employers.

Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This course gives general information about TUPE, checked against Acas guidance and legislation.gov.uk in October 2026. It is not legal advice; TUPE cases often need specialist advice.
