About Course

Many organisations rely on temporary staff supplied by agencies. This course explains the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 for hirers in Great Britain: the rights agency workers have from day one, equal treatment after 12 weeks, how breaks affect the 12-week clock, health and safety and other shared responsibilities, and the umbrella company rules that changed in April 2026.

Tutwoo is an independent learning provider. This course gives general information about agency workers’ rights in Great Britain, checked against GOV.UK, Acas and published legal guidance in October 2026. It is not legal advice.
