About Course

Finding cancer early can make it easier to treat. Learn the general signs and symptoms the NHS says should be checked, why people delay seeing a GP, how NHS screening programmes work, and how carers, colleagues and families can encourage people to get checked – especially people who may not notice or report changes themselves.

This course provides general awareness only. It does not replace clinical assessment, training from a qualified professional, or your organisation’s policies and procedures, and it is not an accredited qualification. If someone is seriously unwell, call 999.
