About Course

Falls, trips and sports injuries often leave people wondering: is it broken, or just a sprain? Learn how to recognise possible fractures, dislocations, sprains and strains, the first aid priorities while waiting for help, when to call 999 or seek NHS advice, and how to manage minor soft-tissue injuries in the first few days.

This course provides first aid awareness only. It does not replace practical, hands-on first aid training from a qualified provider, does not make you a qualified first aider and does not meet workplace first aid training requirements on its own. Always call 999 (or 112) in an emergency and follow your organisation’s procedures.
