About Course
Pregnancy and the first year after birth bring big changes, and mental health problems at this time are common and treatable. Learn the difference between the baby blues, postnatal depression and anxiety, the signs of postpartum psychosis – a medical emergency – and how to support parents, including partners and fathers, to get help early.
This course provides general mental health awareness only. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, does not replace professional advice or your organisation’s procedures, and is not an accredited qualification. If someone’s life is at risk, call 999.
