About Course

Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is often misunderstood as being “a bit tidy”. In reality it can be distressing and disabling. Learn what obsessions and compulsions are, how OCD is treated, and how to support friends, family members, colleagues or people you care for without accidentally feeding the cycle.

This course provides general mental health awareness only. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, does not replace professional advice or your organisation’s procedures, and is not an accredited qualification. If someone’s life is at risk, call 999.
