Noise Exposure Assessment for Managers

About Course

A practical guide for managers who need to assess and control workers’ exposure to noise. Learn the action and limit values in the Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005, how daily exposure is estimated, how decibels add up, and what the law expects you to do with the results.

This course gives general, awareness-level information about UK health and safety law and official guidance. It is not a substitute for employer-specific training, a suitable and sufficient risk assessment for your own workplace, or advice from a competent person, and it is not an accredited qualification. Always check the latest official guidance and follow your organisation’s own procedures.
